About the Dublin Honey Project:
The Dublin Honey Project, the joint brainchild of architect Gearóid Carvill and photographer Kieran Harnett, is both a passion project and small business revolution all rolled into one.
The Dublin Honey Project aims to produce raw honey from each of the postcodes of Dublin, supporting the conservation of Dublin’s native Irish black bees, while showcasing the amazing range of honey flavours available from our city and suburbs. You can buy honey that’s as local as possible, straight from the beekeepers!
