Shipping policy

At the Rediscovery Centre, we are committed to minimising our environmental impact by using reused, reusable and/or recyclable packaging materials to ensure our products reach you safely while reducing waste.

Packaging Materials

We use what we have. You may receive your item in a reused box, a paper envelope, or one of An Post’s prepaid envelopes and boxes - try reuse them if you can! They are great for posting things on Vinted…

All tape used in our packaging is either made from recycled, recyclable and compostable paper tape, or plant-based, biodegradable materials.

Our packaging is cushioned using donated wood shavings and donated bubble wrap.

Availability

Please note that bikes, paint and some other bulky items are excluded from shipping.

Timing

We aim to process and ship all orders within 2 business days of receiving your payment.
