began making fudge with my mother in our kitchen overlooking Bantry Bay. It has been in my life ever since. My recipe uses the creamiest of West Cork butter to give it that old-fashioned, crumbly, buttery taste.

Irish Cream Liqueur, made locally by West Cork Distillers, gives this fudge a lovely creamy texture.
