Cinnamon is a key ingredient in this tea, sourced from a certified fair-trade project in the hills of north Vietnam. 

At harvesting time, the valuable inner bark is peeled off and sun-dried, where it naturally curls into cinnamon quills. The harvested cinnamon is then tested for its essential oil content to guarantee the highest quality flavours in every cup of tea. Each tea bag is nestled in a FSC® certified paper sachet, ensuring the flavour and quality of the tea is protected until you're ready to enjoy.
