McNallys is a family run organic veg farm located in north Co Dublin. A wide and diverse range of seasonal vegetables, salads and herbs, many of which you may not find on your usual supermarket shelves.
Using seasonal ingredients in cooking can seem daunting at first as you may not have cooked with some of these vegetables before.
This booklet will give you a few ideas and inspiration when cooking with our Autumn and Winter vegetables.
Our serving sizes are a rough guide, as we know from our own family dinners, a portion of veg can vary greatly from plate to plate!
Our hope is that the margins of your booklet become filled with annotations and adjustments as you cook and make these recipes on your own.
